You’ll help grow our agency by building rock-solid relationships with clients and acting as the go-between for customer needs and agency wizards (a.k.a. other departments). RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the superhero clients never knew they needed by demystifying the world of insurance (cape optional).
- Guide clients through policy applications and renewals like a zen master—peacefully navigating paperwork chaos.
- Field client inquiries with the grace of a juggler, ensuring no question is left unanswered.
- Keep impeccable records, because what’s an insurance hero without their trusty paperwork trail?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluent in "insurance-ese" and able to translate it into everyday human speak.
- Have a black belt in multitasking—juggling phone calls, emails, and the occasional "urgent" request with ease.
- Bonus points if you’ve spent time in customer service or sales—because every insurance hero needs a secret origin story!
